Have not received my subscription

Ordered and paid for subscription approximately a year ago! This was a gift for my daughter. She has never received an issue to date. Spoke with customer service around 3 months ago. Was told she would be receiving magazine in 6 weeks. She hasn't received any yet. Spoke to someone a month or maybe 3 weeks ago. If she doesn't receive her magazines by June 11th, I would like my full refund returned to me. I have never had any problem with any magazine subscriptions other than this one. It's a great magazine and she wants it but we won't wait any longer. Thanks

Missed issues

My subscription goes to March, 2024. However, I stopped receiving issues as of December, 2020. I call every month on the 26th to inform HGTV magazine. Each time I am told there is nothing they can do and they extend my subscription. Of course, this does no good if I still do not receive the magazine. I have communicated with my post office and they are keeping an eye out. I am very frustrated as I have called multiple times starting on December 24, 2020. There must be something to be done. I have never had a problem before. Is there anything that can be done? I feel it is no longer being sent. Magna West

Wet magazine

2 Months ago your Company decided to deliver our Maz. to our front door. We have got 2 magazines now and couldn't read either one because of the Snow or rain had destroyed them. I have belong to your service for years but now I would like to Cancel my subscribtion. I don't make enough Money to waste on Wet Magazines.

Cancel subscription NEVER agreedes

I thought the NEVER Agrees subscription was taking care of but I was wrong. I just 5/3/21 received a magazine. Please HELP!

I was upset receiving a bill for the magazine I never ordered. After the first call I received a second bill. I hope it worked and I don't receive another bill. Also I keep getting emails and I unsubscribe about 7 times and they keep coming.

To check the status of my subscription

On 10/26/2020 I mailed in my order to start receiving HGTV Magazine and Food Network Magazine, the exclusive offer to preferred customers that I responded to was addressed to me and sent by USPS. Along with my order, I included a check for $12.00 from my Provident Bank account, Check #: 1449. As of today, I have NOT received either magazine. The offer I received said I will begin receiving your magazine in 4 to 6 weeks. Whats up? Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been a viewer since you first began. I am sick and tired of the same shows, such as; Property Bros, Love it/ List it and Good Bones taking up the prime time hours.

You move "Hometown", which is a good show and all we see now are people buying property around the Country and out of the USA. Most of whom are buying high end, that we can't even afford. When you first started off many years ago, you had a variety of show with good ideas on home improvement. David was one of the best, if not the best designer you had, and now he's showing Lottery winners homes to buy, wasting all that talent.

for what?. I can only remember a few. ,.white challenge, design on a dime, Candace Olson, and many more, which made the show truly interesting.

Now, it is so boring, nothing new. Come on now, you need a spark on your show.
