- HGTV wouldn't accept my registered email.
- I was billed for a canceled HGTV magazine.
- The call center closed; I was told to call back.
IFirst HGTV wouldnt except my registered e-mail. After 3-4 times trying I figured I must have the wrong password.
Tried to get a new password 2 times without any results. Only after trying 3-4 times to get contact someone to to speak to cancel the HGTV magazine subscription they are trying to charge me for (after cancelling the bill 2 weeks ago, they still sent the magazine.) by the time I finely get a # to talk to someone, guess what? Office closed, call back tomorrow! What the *** is going on.
They make it very hard for you to speak to customer service. I hope more people complain about this!!

I am being charged for the magazine order that I did not receive. I did not order.
I am not interested in the magazines please remove from my bill statement. this is happened to me before I made it very clear that I did not want magazines and none of my interested in what magazines.

Unsolicited subscription
HGTV has sent me a letter with an invoice for their magazine subscription. I have never signed up for this and never provided them with my postal address. i find this very fraudulent.com

Mentioned I was not a subscriber so how could I be on auto renewal, that it came with another magazine. Hearst magazines cancelled HGTV and refund coming with a promise that it wont happen again.

I haven’t gotten any more deliveries of the issues I have paid for.
I paid to have the magazine delivered to my mailbox, but it rarely arrives. They took my money but can't seem to send the magazine to me! Also, the magazine is printed six months a year now because they combine months, for example: Jan/Feb issue, Mar/Apr, May/Jun etc.

They need to upgrade their front door delivery service! The bottom of driveway in the middle does not mean to me to be front door delivery!

Didnt know I even had a subscription of HGTV and it was delivered at 3:30 in the morning thrown on my driveway.

Why bother publishing a November/December issue if i am not going to get it till the middle of JANUARY!!! Whats the point people!

I am just trying to cancel a change they did automatically without asking me if I wanted to renew.
I was just informed that a charge is being posted to my credit card for $39.97 for the HGTV Magazine. I don't want the magazine anymore and they did not ask me if I did.
Please cancel this charge and do not send any more magazines. I am overflowing with magazines that I don't even get a chance to look at.
Anybody want any old magazines. I've got lots and they are going in the trash.
